I’ve been at this, on and off, since the seventh grade. At first it was Xanga. That was when there was still a community, when it was the social media platform to be on. Now it’s all down to what they call “microblogging” – Twitter and Facebook and Pinterest and Tumblr. At least the first two still inspire original material; the latter is just multiple platforms for sharing others’ work. Which is fine, but it’s not…blogging.

Getting off my soap box now, which I don’t even deserve, considering it’s now June 2013 and I’m (apparently) still in Venice.
